    Speaker Bio:

    Sean J Quinn is a partner at  LaDue | Curran | Kuehn in South Bend, Indiana. As a trial lawyer and counselor, Sean helps businesses protect their intellectual property and resolve labor-and-employment challenges.

    Sean’s practice is focused on Intellectual Property and Labor & Employment.

    Intellectual Property

    • Prosecuting and defending trademark, copyright, and patent infringement law suits;
    • Registering and maintaining his clients’ trademarks and service marks; and
    • Helping architects, designers, builders, and developers protect their ideas and designs.


    Labor & Employment

    • Educating HR professionals and business leaders to make sound, practical, and compliant business decisions;
    • Defending businesses in all forms of labor and employment disputes; and
    • Counseling clients and his community about important labor and employment law developments.


    Sean tries and appeals cases in all Indiana state and federal courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Sean also helps resolve administrative charges before agencies like the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Labor Relations Board.

    Sean serves on the board of the Northern Indiana Human Resources Management Association, which is the local chapter of the international Society for Human Resource Management. He is also a member of the Robert A. Grant American Inn of Court and the St. Joseph and LaPorte County Bar Associations.

    Sean received his law degree from the University of Akron’s Intellectual Property Law Program and his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. He also has a Masters in Educational Administration from DePaul University.
