    About our Speaker:

    As one of the three founders of Feedback, Dean Browell’s experience and long history with behavior and tech in communication makes him a valuable ally in the pursuit of audience research, effective strategies, and intelligent implementation. His research work can be seen across many industries including healthcare, consumer products, education, tourism, automotive and more. 

    Dean was one of the thought leaders who first recognized the unique and varying behaviors of generations online in his doctoral dissertation, World of Studentcraft: An Ethnographic Study on the Engagement of Traditional Students with an Online World. The findings identified where students come from in terms of technology, quality of interactive environment and identity/anonymity in the online space. This study has proven extremely valuable in the development of Feedback’s HumanFilter system, which encourages brands to truly listen and observe audiences before developing outreach plans. 

    Dean is a member of the Market Research Society, a Future Foundations nVoy, and currently serves as the co-chair of the Education committee and is a founder of the emerging media task force for SHSMD, the largest and most prominent resource for healthcare strategists, planners and marketing professionals nationwide. Dean, a graduate of Randolph-Macon College and Capella University, also speaks regularly at leading business and digital media conferences around the world.
