Career Agility: How it Impacts the Future of Your Marketing Career Opportunities

The June 2018 Harvard Business Review has written three in-depth articles on the impact of agility in the workplace. The most recent article was “Agile at Scale – How to Create a Truly Flexible Organization.” If this topic is top of mind for organizations, individuals who want to succeed will take note.

Agility comes in many flavors: Learning agility, mental agility, talent agility, agile methods, agile teams, agile project management, agile organizations, agile software development, agile marketing, agile HR, and beyond.

Influenced by this important trend, Marti Konstant has been researching career agility for over five years and has uncovered the habits of individuals who have figured out how to excel in the midst of change. Marti has written a book on the topic and been featured at AMA events to discuss marketing

    You will learn:

    • The definition of career agility and the principles of the career agility model

    • How to help you identify and respond to workplace trends

    • How to apply career agility principles to help you advance in your career

    • How to help you adopt an agile mindset vs. a steadfast mindset for career growth

    • How you can increase your value in organizations by paying attention to internal motivators of creativity, growth, and happiness

This luncheon event is for anyone who wants to learn how an agile mindset can help them succeed in their organization and in their marketing career.

    Non-members welcome!

BONUS - You will receive a copy of Marti’s recent book as a takeaway (first 40 attendees)!
